Privacy Policy

Short version: you send us a booking, we keep it so we can reply. We do not sell your details.

Who we are

Daybook is a UK-only food-compliance product. There is no company number to list. The person to write to is support@daybook.kitchen.

What we collect

The kitchen setup form asks for your name, email, mobile number, kitchen name, city, staff count, and any notes about the checks you still keep on paper. That is the enquiry. We store it as a lead so we can email or call you back.

Why we use it

Only to respond to a booking you sent us, understand your kitchen, and (if we both agree) build Daybook for you. That is a legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and steps towards a contract if we take the work on.

Where it lives

Leads sit on the server that hosts this site. They are not a public mailing list. We do not sell them, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the public pages.

How long we keep it

While we are talking to you, and for a short time after if the conversation might resume. Email support@daybook.kitchen and we will delete the lead.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Write to support@daybook.kitchen. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

UK only

Daybook is for UK cafes and restaurants. We are not taking bookings outside the UK.
